The two sides also pledged to work together diplomatically, including on the issue of the Chinese Communist Party’s claim over Taiwan. China’s inroads into its western neighbor almost certainly have Russia’s blessing, whose largest foreign military base is in Tajikistan. Watch for China and Russia to continue working with and dominating neighboring nations as they build a massive military alliance, as prophesied in the Bible.
A man set a woman on fire in a Chicago train on Tuesday. Surveillance video shows the 45-year-old attacker filling a bottle with gasoline at a gas station shortly before boarding the train, approaching the woman from behind, and pouring the liquid onto her. She fled to another car, but he pursued her and ignited it, causing severe burns all over her body. Bible prophecy reveals that as America’s moral decline worsens, so too will such senseless acts of evil.
Fbi Deputy Director Dan Bongino said on Wednesday that the agency is currently conducting more than 300 investigations into “a heinous child-exploitation ring that often targets children online and coerces them into acts of violence, self-harm, animal abuse, suicide and sexual abuse.” The “764” predators include one Arizonan who was arrested for exploiting nine children between 11 and 15 years old. According to Bongino, “Some of the allegations include distributing child pornography, cyberstalking, animal crushing and even conspiring to provide material support to terrorists.” Parents should take warning: As the Trumpet has emphasized, predators are looking to stalk your children.
Six Democratic lawmakers released a video advertisement on Tuesday urging military servicemen and intelligence agents to disobey the Trump administration and “refuse illegal orders” in order to “uphold the Constitution.” The video features senators Elissa Slotkin and Mark Kelly, and representatives Jason Crow, Maggie Goodlander, Chris Deluzio and Chrissy Houlahan. President Trump responded on Thursday by reminding service members that “seditious behavior” is “punishable by death!” This advertisement is further proof that the rule of law is breaking down, as it did during the dark days of the judges in ancient Israel, when “every man did that which was right in his own eyes” (Judges 21:25).
Almost five years after the British government misled and locked down its people over covid-19, it has released what the Telegraph called “the most protracted, bloated, ill-conceived public inquiry in British history.” The government’s verdict is basically that its covid response was “too little, too late.” According to the report, lockdowns were a counterproductive economic disaster, yet they should have been implemented earlier. The report says lockdowns could have been avoided entirely if contact tracing and self-isolation—in other words, government lockdowns—had been enforced even earlier. This puzzling and unhelpful report cost British taxpayers $260 million. It is but one example of why Britain’s economy is a sick joke.

Yet Germany was allowed to divide and conquer the Serbs starting in 1991. Since 2021, it has been neither a Serb nor a Croat nor a Bosniak who has the most power to enact laws and dismiss elected officials, but rather a German. Various media outlets referred to this helmet incident as a scandal, but the far greater scandal is allowing Germany’s takeover of the Balkans.
“China helped the Belarussian regime establish production of 240,000 152-millimeter artillery shells and 240,000 122-millimeter rockets [annually] for the Russian grad system,” said Matviy Kupreichik, a member of the Belarussian opposition group BelPol. He said this help included assembly line equipment, Chinese engineers to set it up, and workers to monitor it. This is further evidence that China and Russia are working closely together, as the Bible foretold.

The strike, which also injured 73 people, is the latest in a string of recent civilian attacks by Russian President Vladimir Putin, carnage that Bible prophecy says will soon multiply by orders of magnitude.
On Tuesday, the MI5 intelligence agency warned members of Parliament that they and their aides might be providing information to Chinese Communist Party spies who are using the LinkedIn business social network to pose as professionals and buy information in the form of “geopolitical reports” and similar means. In 2023, the MI5 issued a similar warning. The espionage is ongoing as the Chinese regime aims to succeed Britain and America as the world’s next superpower.
Yesterday, the first tank of a new Leopard 2A8 series was presented to German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius at the manufacturer knds’s plant in Munich. The last new build of the Leopard 2 was in 1992, and the 2A8 is among the world’s most advanced. It features an all-new hull and chassis designed for increased capabilities, upgraded armor, and new electronics and sensors. It also retains the battle-tested Trophy system from Israeli manufacturer Rafael, which detects and destroys incoming projectiles. The Bundeswehr has ordered 123 units and plans to order an additional 75. Spiegel asks: “Does Germany Really Need So Many Battle Tanks?” Little do they know what Germany is planning.
Most young French Muslims support Sharia law over French law, a November 18 poll published in the Ecran de Veille magazine suggests. About 57 percent of Muslim respondents between 15 and 24 said they believe Islamic law should supersede French law in issues involving marriage, inheritance and food. Three decades ago, the percentage was 36. This is symptomatic of a coming clash in Europe between Islamic radicalism and traditional Catholic culture, prophesied in the Bible and explained in Gerald Flurry’s newly updated booklet The King of the South.
A deadly Palestinian terrorist attack occurred in the West Bank on Tuesday: Two Palestinians, both age 18, rammed their vehicle into the Gush Etzion Junction, then one got out and stabbed four people, including Aharon Cohen, who succumbed to his wounds. Both terrorists were shot dead by security forces. While the world focuses on Gaza, Zechariah 14:1-2 and other prophecies show that the destruction there and the terrorism in the West Bank are only a foretaste of what is coming. The Bible prophesies that half of Jerusalem will fall violently, and that is just the beginning of the coming mass bloodshed in the Holy Land.
In a 2-1 ruling, a panel of federal judges in El Paso blocked Texas from using a redrawn map of U.S. House of Representatives districts that would have given Republicans additional seats. The U.S. Constitution requires such districts to be “as nearly equal in population as practicable,” but the panel ruled that the new map unfairly discriminates against black and Hispanic voters. Texas Governor Greg Abbot filed an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court yesterday. This dispute is part of a larger national battle over redistricting, with Missouri and North Carolina legislatures also wanting to implement new maps that are more favorable to Republicans, while California wants to give additional seats to Democrats.
Hamas has been stockpiling weapons in friendly countries to continue fighting Israel, Israeli media reported earlier this week. Israeli public broadcaster kan said the terrorist group intends to smuggle the weapons into Gaza. These countries reportedly include Yemen and unnamed states in Africa. The United States and the rest of the world want to consider the Israel-Hamas war to be over, but Bible prophecy reveals that a far greater conflict is coming that will consume Israelis, Palestinians and the whole world.
The Muslim Brotherhood stole half a billion dollars from Hamas, according to Egyptian and Palestinian media. Waqf al-Ummah, a Muslim Brotherhood-connected charity in Turkey, allegedly diverted to itself about $500 million in donations that were supposed to go to Gaza. Hamas member Khaled Mansour, who has been documenting this situation on social media, wrote on November 16 that it is “the biggest theft scandal in the history of the Islamic movement of the funds of the people of Gaza.” The Muslim Brotherhood is the Islamist organization that, among other things, tried to take over Egypt in 2011. Bible prophecy shows that radical Islam will get control of Egypt in the near future; this enrichment of and demonstration of power by that group could play into this. Since October 30, fifty German troops have been training in New Zealand. They have flown in formation, conducted low-altitude flights, and deployed parachutists and cargo. The “Tūhono Rangi” joint exercise with the New Zealand Defense Force will conclude by the end of the week. This operation is part of Germany’s strategy to increase its presence in the Indo-Pacific region and demonstrates its global ambition.
Republicans plan to sanction Russia’s trade partners, President Trump said on Sunday, in an effort to end the Ukraine war. These sanctions would impact China, India and Iran, and potentially U.S. allies like South Korea and Japan, which still buy Russian energy. They follow U.S. sanctions against Russia’s largest oil companies last month. These economic coercions restrict Russia but may also push other Asian countries to join it, forming a new superpower as prophesied in the Bible.
The 24th sco heads-of-state meeting took place on Monday and Tuesday, chaired by Russia and including representatives from Belarus, China, India and Iran. The leaders focused on improving trade relations and, as Belarussian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Lukashevich said, “creating an independent financial institution.” A Russia-led Asiatic bloc, referred to in the Bible as the kings of the east, is forming in real time.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy could soon be forced to step down, as the most significant corruption scandal of his 6½-year tenure implicates his political allies. The embezzlement and kickback scheme connected to the state-owned nuclear power company Energoatom already prompted the resignations of Ukraine’s energy minister and justice minister last week. Zelenskyy’s opponents who had previously kept a low profile are becoming more vocal. Opposition parties, media outlets, activists and anticorruption agencies are now coalescing into the first serious anti-Zelenskyy movement since Russia’s war on Ukraine went full-scale in early 2022. The deepening opposition threatens Zelenskyy’s parliamentary majority, as lawmakers leave his party to sit as independents, weakening the legislative agility that has been vital to him during the war. “The only way forward for Zelenskyy is essentially getting rid of everyone” on Ukraine’s wartime leadership team, political scientist Balazs Jarabik told the New York Times on Wednesday. This weakens Ukraine at a crucial time in the war and could complicate relations with Europe and jeopardize the continued flow of Western support.
High consumption of ultra-processed foods (upf) elevates the risk of developing early-onset colorectal cancer, particularly in younger adults, a study published November 13 in the journal jama Oncology shows. The study followed more than 29,000 female registered nurses for 24 years between 1991 and 2015 and found that “[t]hose with the highest quintile of upf intake had a statistically significant 45 percent higher odds of early-onset colorectal conventional adenomas compared with the lowest quintile.” The study correlated sugary drinks and packaged snacks to increased odds for colorectal cancer, which is the second-leading cause of cancer deaths in the U.S. Experts emphasize that ultra-processed foods’ additives, high sugar content and low fiber may disrupt digestive health and cause inflammation. A dietary shift toward natural, whole foods can protect against this dangerous trend.
Iran claims it has enriched no uranium since June—but it wants to: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on Sunday, “There is no enrichment right now because our facilities, our enrichment facilities, have been attacked,” referring to Israeli and U.S. strikes in June. He insisted that Iran has the right to enrich uranium and will use it for peaceful applications, yet he represents the world’s biggest sponsor of terrorism. Iran has been deceitfully building a nuclear weapons program for decades and is likely continuing to develop it. Bible prophecy shows that Iran will aggressively push against other nations, likely with nuclear weapons, and soon.
German Finance Minister Lars Klingbeil met with Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng in Beijing on Monday to, in his words, “find common solutions with regards to reliable access and supply chains.” His counterpart said, “The Chinese side invites German companies to come to China to invest.” The meeting comes as trade conflicts between China, the U.S., Europe and much of the world have increased. Closer economic relationships between Berlin and Beijing are leading to the formation of an anti-Western trade bloc the Bible calls a “mart of nations.”
Germany’s Foreign Ministry is once again allocating $21 million in 2026 for the United Nations relief program for Palestine (unrwa), Bild reported yesterday. The organization is known to collude with Hamas, and members on its payroll were involved in the October 7 massacre. This is yet another sign that Germany’s alleged alliance with Israel will lead to a prophesied betrayal.
Chinese Communist Party leaders are fuming after Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi said her nation may militarily intervene if China tries to seize Taiwan. Such a move by China could be a “situation threatening Japan’s survival,” Takaichi said earlier this month. Japan’s Constitution bans it from using force to settle international disputes, but a law passed in 2015 allows “collective self-defense” in limited cases, even when Japan is not directly attacked. China’s Foreign Ministry responded yesterday by ordering Japan to “stop crossing the line and playing with fire, retract the wrongful remarks and deeds, and honor its commitments to China with real action.” The Chinese government has also advised its citizens against visiting Japan and called on Japan’s ambassador to China to condemn the remarks. Though China-Japan tensions are worsening, the Trumpet expects the two will eventually lay aside their differences and join forces in an alliance biblical prophecy calls “the kings of the east.”
