Biden Administration Pressured Facebook to Censor Tucker Carlson

The Biden administration demanded that Facebook censor Tucker Carlson’s videos criticizing the covid vaccines, according to internal White House e-mails released on January 10. Andrew Slavitt, senior adviser to Joe Biden’s covid response team, was upset that Carlson’s video was “number one on Facebook.” He was also upset that it had over 40,000 shares.

Facebook responded by saying that even though the video didn’t violate any of their policies, they would reduce and demote its reach. Slavitt wasn’t satisfied. He wanted it taken down altogether.

How was this not violative? The second half of the segment is raising conspiracy theories about the government hiding that all vaccines aren’t effective. It’s not about just J&J. What exactly is the rule for removal vs. demoting? Moreover: you say reduced and demoted. What does that mean? There’s 40,000 shares on the video. Who is seeing it now? How many? How effective is that?

Though Facebook didn’t outright remove Tucker’s video, it still collaborated with the Biden administration to suppress information contrary to the government’s line that the vaccines were completely safe.

• Facebook actively removed vaccine “misinformation” from the platform.
• It “reduced the virality of content discouraging vaccines” even if it did “not contain actionable misinformation.”
• It allowed the posting of “often-true content” that it knowingly “framed as sensation, alarmist and shocking.”

These e-mails surfaced as a result of an investigation launched last year into the government’s collusion with Big Tech to suppress the truth about the vaccines.

“This case is about the Biden administration’s blatant disregard for the First Amendment and its collusion with social media companies [to] suppress speech it disagrees with,” said Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey.

The evidence about how dangerous the vaccines are has been mounting for a long time. Now, the government’s willful decision to lie and suppress the truth is also being exposed. There are almost daily revelations of government corruption, just as the Trumpet said there would be.
