The Radical Left’s War on the Middle Class
In the seven months Joe Biden has been in the White House, America has changed, as evidenced by the border crises, the debacle in Afghanistan, and skyrocketing inflation. However, there has been one consistent theme to the current administration’s policies.
Justin Haskins wrote at the Hill: “[P]olicymakers now seem more focused than ever on finding ways to get government funds into the hands of able-bodied middle-income earners—and middle-income Americans are gladly taking the bait.” There has been a deliberately engineered policy targeted at the middle class, especially over the past seven months.
While losing the wars abroad, Joe Biden has been waging a systematic war against middle-class America. This campaign of disaster is fulfilling Barack Obama’s vision to radically transform America. To complete the Communist takeover, the middle class needs to be dependent on the government.
The Manifesto
The Communist Manifesto, by Karl Marx and Frederick Engels, outlines the means by which a capitalist nation may become a Communist paradise. Trumpet editor in chief Gerald Flurry writes in Great Again: “The Communist Manifesto … is considered the ‘sacred text’ of communism. It stresses the need for a total overthrow of existing governments.” Communism divides society into economic classes. The proletariat (working class) would rise up against the bourgeoisie (middle class) and the ruling class.
At its core, the manifesto attacks the right to own private property, which is one of the rights enshrined in the Constitution. It claims the bourgeoisie exploit the proletariat through collecting rent and owning businesses: “No sooner has the laborer received his wages in cash … than he is set upon by the other portions of the bourgeoisie, the landlord, the shopkeeper, the pawnbroker, etc.”
The middle class control the property and means of production that Communists need to create a dictatorship. They also stand in the way of the violent insurrection by the proletariat. The manifesto was written in 19th-century language. In modern America, the radical left consider the proletariat to be racial minorities and those dependent on the welfare state. The middle class are landlords, business owners and financially independent. Notice this chilling passage from The Communist Manifesto:
You must, therefore, confess that by “individual” you mean no other person than the bourgeois, than the middle-class owner of property. This person must, indeed, be swept out of the way, and made impossible. Communism deprives no man of the power to appropriate the products of society; all that it does is to deprive him of the power to subjugate the labor of others by means of such appropriation.
Marx and Engels believed for communism to become a reality, the middle class had to be swept out of the way! Communists believe taking away rights and freedoms is the path to equity, not tyranny.
Late educator Herbert W. Armstrong warned in 1956 that Communists were “perverting our morals, sabotaging our educational system, wrecking our social structure, destroying our spiritual and religious life, weakening our industrial and economic power, demoralizing our armed forces, and finally, after such infiltration, overthrowing our government by force and violence! All this clearly disguised as a harmless political party! Communism is a worldwide psychological warfare!”
It is a matter of record that Communists have infiltrated our educational system. They are perverting our morals, destroying our spiritual and religious life, weakening our industrial and economic power, and demoralizing our armed forces. They have even gained control of the government through the radical left. And they are actively working to wreck our social structure: to destroy the middle class to amass property, wealth and the means of production so they can be centrally controlled.
Radical Left Strategy
The United States Senate recently passed a $3.5 trillion budget reconciliation bill. To fund this massive spending spree, Biden promised to not raise taxes on the middle class. However, that is already proving to be a lie. Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg announced in March that to help fund the bill a mileage tax would be considered. The blogger Sundance at Conservative Treehouse commented:
The middle class commutes to work much more than all other sectors. Any increase in gas prices, gasoline taxes or mileage taxes hits the blue-collar worker at a disproportionate rate. A proposal to install a mileage tax does nothing but add another cost onto the American middle class.
President Donald Trump’s economist, Larry Kudlow, told Newsmax: “It’s going to be a minimum of $3 trillion in taxes, and the middle class is going to pay for that—virtually every nickel.” Biden has promised to increase corporate taxes to pay for the “human infrastructure” vision in the bill. However, most “corporate taxes” are actually paid by middle-class Americans. Citing the Joint Committee on taxation, Kudlow said that about 70 percent of corporate taxes are paid by those who earn $500,000 or less. “And the bulk of that group,” Kudlow said, “is not $500,000; the bulk of that group is $50-$75,000 to $200,000, because that’s where the money is.”
These tax increases will come as crushing inflation sweeps across the nation. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that during July, the U.S. saw a 10 percent increase in food prices, 23 percent increase in energy prices, and 43 percent increase in the price of regular unleaded gasoline. These rocketing prices for necessary goods have decimated middle-class family incomes. Sundance wrote in another article:
The White House responds to inflation by saying the Biden administration is attempting to directly subsidize the middle-class inflation they are creating by giving Americans money to pay for higher prices through covid bailouts. …
The White House solution is to create dependency on the government for income. This is exactly intended as government subsidies are used to keep the pitchforks at bay and simultaneously keep people dependent on government to sustain themselves [expand the political base].
That is the aim of the war on the middle class: create dependency on the welfare state. The U.S. government has given the middle class $1,400 stimulus checks, but inflation has raised the average expenses to double the stimulus amount. With the administration saying inflation will “slow down next year,” more stimulus checks will likely be on the way.
President Biden has already approved a 25 percent increase to Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (snap) benefits (previously known as food stamps). Forty-two million Americans—1 in every 8—rely on food stamps. snap is subsidized by taxpayers (including the middle class) and this will probably drive food inflation higher. Stephen Greene at PJ Media writes: “A 25 percent snap bump is just the beginning. As inflation grows, so too will demands for increased payouts for disability, Social Security and more assistance for anyone on a fixed income.”
The radical left has been baiting the middle class into this dependency trap for decades. In 2018, it was reported that 46.8 percent of government safety net payments were doled out to the middle class. What has been the root cause of this trend? cbs reported in 2018:
The culprit? In a term: health care. As costs of medical care have continued to march upward, the safety net has gotten bigger, modestly, to subsidize some of them. Medicaid expanded in the 1990s and again under the Affordable Care Act, which also created subsidies for middle-income people to buy health insurance.
Obamacare has been the main driver to making the middle class more dependent on the government safety net. Biden’s war on the middle class is only continuing Obama’s war on the middle class, but it has intensified in its ferocity.
What has exposed this intention most clearly is the unconstitutional extension of the eviction moratorium. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (cdc) extended the moratorium on August 4 in defiance of the Constitution and the ruling of the Supreme Court. This put millions of landowners in the difficult position of paying their mortgages while not collecting rent from tenants. Yet at the same time, 9 million jobs were available.
Trumpet executive editor Stephen Flurry wrote in “Eviction Moratorium: Communist Power Grab”: “Biden and the radical left are consolidating their power. They are weakening and bankrupting middle-class Americans, worsening the divisions in our society, and moving us away from the rule of law and toward the rule of whoever grabs power.”
The middle class makes up 52 percent of America’s population. By making the middle class poor, it will make them dependents of the state. By destroying land owners and landlords, the radical left targets those who have the means of resisting their agenda.
Leader of the Revolution
This plan has been carefully and meticulously prepared. On the surface, it can appear to be caused by incompetence, but it is deliberate. Who has been the architect of this war on the middle class? Barack Obama. Mr. Stephen Flurry continued in his article:
Barack Obama was a self-avowed Marxist in college. His administration tried to govern America like a Communist dictatorship as much as possible. Now his vice president is continuing his work by trying to crush middle-class landowners out of existence and create a huge lower class completely dependent on the government.
The final stage of the Communist plan is to control the “lower class.” This can either be accomplished through making the majority of Americans dependent on the government or, if necessary, through violence and social unrest.
This Communist takeover of America is prophesied in your Bible. Even more, the Bible says one man masterminds the entire conspiracy. Understanding the physical kingpin of the radical left will help you understand the spiritual origins behind these events.
