Russian strikes on hospitals and other civilian targets kill 38

Russian missile and drone strikes on sites across Ukraine over the past 24 hours have killed at least 38 people and wounded more than 167 others, Ukrainian officials said this morning. Among the targets were residential buildings and a school used for aid distribution in Komyshuvakha, a hospital and other medical facilities in Dnipro and Kharkiv, and energy infrastructure in several regions. The attacks provide yet another illustration of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s determination to subjugate Ukraine regardless of the human cost.
