Yesterday, the Supreme Court of the United States allowed the Trump administration to reduce the proliferation of mail-in ballots for the November midterm elections.

• The president’s executive order directs the Department of Homeland Security to compile citizenship lists and the United States Postal Service to deliver mail-in ballots only to voters who appear on these lists.
• U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani had stopped the order in 23 states and Washington, D.C. In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court removed that block. It said the lawsuit came too early because the states had not yet shown any real harm when they filed the case.
• It is still unclear whether the citizenship verification will take effect for the midterms since a separate nationwide injunction from another lawsuit remains in place.

Election fraud remains a major issue in American politics.

• 3,069,002: That was the total number of “possible illegal votes” tallied in the third volume of Dr. Peter Navarro’s 2021 study on electoral fraud in the swing states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin during the 2020 presidential election.
• 312,992: That was the official margin of victory for Joe Biden in these six states—a 10th of that total. Therefore, the margin of error was 10 times greater than the margin of victory in the 2020 election.

President Trump’s executive order is designed to ensure that only U.S. citizens vote in U.S. elections, a policy favored by large majorities of both conservative and liberal voters. Yet radical leftists hate this concept and have successfully opposed it for decades.

The one and only way that Americans control their government is through elections. If those elections are determined by anything other than citizens voting, Americans do not actually have a republic.
