Whistleblowers: Obama and Kerry Derailed FBI Probe Into Iranian Terrorists to Protect Nuclear Deal
Officials from former President Barack Obama’s Justice and State departments stopped enforcing United States sanctions on Iran and prevented the arrests of Iranian terrorists to protect the Iran nuclear deal, according to newly declassified fbi e-mails analyzed by the New York Post on March 4.
According to whistleblower disclosures:
The State Department and Obama-Biden administration officials persistently and systematically derailed criminal and national security investigations, creating a shadow amnesty program that protected scores of additional Iranian criminals.
These disclosures from 2015 and 2016 also note the fbi abandoned dozens of investigations into Iranian terrorists.
Arrests: In at least one case, Secretary of State John Kerry “personally told doj [Department of Justice] officials that they were to stand down on an arrest,” a disclosure said.
One of the newly declassified e-mails stated that fbi attorney Dave Recker told agents:
[A]ll of the Iran proliferation cases are being discussed and decided by a small group of Justice Department officials and State Department officials due to the implications that it could have on the pending nuclear negotiations with Iran.
Many frustrated fbi personnel took their concerns to U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch, but she did little to stop the State Department’s interference.
Sanctions: Many of the arrests were supposed to be of Iranians charged with sanctions or export violations, but the documents explained:
Obama-Biden administration officials in the State Department and doj refused to allow already-indicted criminals investigated for years from being arrested on lawfully issued arrest warrants.
Another fbi agent’s e-mail from July 2015 noted that the “State/doj have been blocking all our [arrests] since April,” and another e-mail explained:
We are all beside ourselves on asking the field to stand down on a layup arrest; however, as it stands right now, we all have to sit back and wait until all the U.S. and Iran negotiations resolve themselves.
Nuclear deal: The negotiations referred to were between the Obama administration and Iran for the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. This nuclear deal, signed on Jan. 16, 2016, lifted economic sanctions on Iran, gave it $1.7 billion, and released 14 Iranian terrorists in exchange for Iran’s promise to stop pursuing a nuclear bomb—a promise it did not keep.
According to whistleblowers:
Kerry and the State Department sold out the safety of Americans and our allies when they provided $1.7 billion in cash to Iran which, unsurprisingly, Iran used to continue development of their weapons programs and to better equip and fund their proxies. [T]he death and destruction seen on Oct. 7, 2023, is only one of the tragic results from providing this cash to Iran and from the State Department, doj leadership and fbi Director [James] Comey systematically obstructing Iranian investigations and prosecutions for years.
Silenced and exposed: Trumpet editor in chief Gerald Flurry explains in his book America Under Attack that Obama orchestrated a radical effort to destroy America.
In a September 2024 article, Mr. Flurry explained that prophecies in 2 King 14 and Amos 7 show that God personally intervened to stop this effort and is now silencing Obama. “Barack Obama’s power is diminishing before our eyes,” Mr. Flurry wrote.
