NATO Nations to Send Tanks to Ukraine
British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak agreed to send 14 of Britain’s Challenger 2 tanks to Ukraine on January 14, pressuring other nato nations to send tanks as well.
- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is asking allies for up to 300 tanks and hopes that “fundamental decisions from the coalition of our partners” will be made in an upcoming meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group on January 30.
- France, Poland and Finland are pressuring Germany to send Leopard 2 tanks, fearing that “Ukraine’s defeat may become a prelude to a World War iii,” according to Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.
- Germany is so far refusing such calls and even preventing other nations from sending Leopard 2s to Ukraine.
- Berlin says it will only change this policy if the United States first sends similarly advanced tanks to the war zone.
Tide or target? Russia’s embassy in London dismissed the action, saying these tanks “are unlikely to help the armed forces of Ukraine turn the tide on the battlefield.” Russian officials say it will take time for the tanks to arrive in Ukraine and when they do, “they will become a legitimate large target for the Russian artillery.”
The special military operation will continue. These tanks burn well and will burn just like all the others. The goals of the special military operation will be achieved.

The Trumpet said: “We don’t know just how or when the present war with Ukraine will end. … However, thanks to Bible prophecy we do know where Russia’s current actions will ultimately lead,” Trumpet editor in chief Gerald Flurry wrote in February 2022. Bible prophecies in Ezekiel and Daniel explain that Russia will become an alarming force in the end time, and it will challenge a German-led European power. Mr. Flurry added: “The most important nation to watch right now is Germany. How will it respond to Putin’s war on Ukraine? This Ukraine war is going to speed up the rise of the prophesied German-led Holy Roman Empire!”
