President Barack Obama’s $4.1 trillion budget is the culmination of seven years of an administration bent on redistributing America’s wealth. An editorial piece from Investor Business Daily reports that 70 percent of the budget is allocated for what is essentially “writing checks to individuals.” The budget focuses on financing social programs and is built around increased taxes on America’s wealthy.
