Violent crime is surging in American cities. Many pundits in the left-wing media, after months of ignoring the problem, are now blaming the rise in crime on police, COVID-19 lockdowns and what they view as lax gun laws in certain states and cities. Instead of addressing the root cause of crime and violence, the radicals seek to confiscate guns from law-abiding citizens and do away with the Second Amendment.
