When the fledgling Philadelphia Church of God printed Herbert W. Armstrong’s crowning achievement, Mystery of the Ages, the copyright owners said it was their “Christian duty” to keep the book out of print. A six-year legal battle ensued. From 1997 to 2003, the Philadelphia Church of God relentlessly fought the Worldwide Church of God for the right to print Mystery of the Ages. On this episode of the Trumpet Daily Radio Show, I review this exciting history and explain how David beat Goliath.
