The only Republican candidate with momentum right now is Donald Trump. Anti-Trump lawfare took another hit when the Supreme Court agreed to review Fisher v. United States, a case that could undermine hundreds of cases about the fake insurrection—including some of Trump’s. Meanwhile, Joe Biden’s support is steadily plummeting even among minority groups who generally support Democrats.
