Four minutes after school shooter Salvador Ramos entered Robb Elementary School, armed police officers entered the building to stop him. Ramos opened fire, and the officers quickly retreated. For the next hour, as many as 150 law enforcement officials gathered outside of Robb Elementary School and waited for tactical teams to arrive before taking out Ramos.
