The past 36 hours in Kabul, Afghanistan, have been utter chaos. Since the U.S. Army has begun evacuating, the Taliban has overtaken the city and thousands of Afghans have been scrambling to leave the country. Even as airplanes depart, Afghans are climbing onto their exteriors and falling from them hundreds of feet in the air, desperately trying to leave with America. All the while, Joe Biden and his administration are sticking to their guns, claiming that this evacuation was the right thing to do.
