Iran war update: September 9
- The United States destroyed five Iranian oil tankers last night in retaliation for Iranian action. In response, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps claimed it attacked 20 U.S. vessels near the Strait of Hormuz and launched ballistic missiles toward a U.S. base in Jordan.
- Saudi Arabia accused Yemen’s Houthi terror group of a mass bombing that it claims injured at least 73 civilians on Tuesday and damaged “energy sector facilities and installations.”
