North Korea sends thousands more troops to aid Russia
North Korea’s regime has dispatched an additional 8,500 troops to Russia to back the invasion of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s Main Intelligence Directorate said on August 21. The contingent reportedly includes 400 drone operators and could bring the total number of North Koreans involved in the war to as many as 20,000. Biblical prophecy describes a vast Asian army that will emerge in the modern era under Russian leadership, which will include China and several smaller Asian nations such as North Korea. The North’s growing military partnership with Russia provides striking evidence of this prophesied alliance already in action.
