D.C. federal judge faces impeachment

Congressman Brandon Gill filed the measure on Tuesday, accusing James Boasberg of violating the Constitution by approving fbi conduct during its Arctic Frost investigation under the Biden administration. Boasberg approved secret subpoenas authorizing fbi agents to obtain phone records for at least 10 Republican senators and issued orders to prevent telecommunications providers from informing the targets that they were being investigated, directly violating the law.
