Is Barack Obama guilty of treason? If you asked that in 2010—and there’s a reason why I’m specifying that year—a lot of people would have thought you were crazy. He was the popularly elected president of the United States, after all. All the journalists loved him, after all. If you asked that in 2016, a lot of people would think you were crazy—and hate you.

Now a lot of people think he was literally a traitor, and the Department of Justice has seen enough evidence to conduct a serious investigation.

On July 18 and again on July 23, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard released documents showing that Obama ordered the nation’s top spies to create a report claiming that Russia was trying to influence the 2016 election in favor of Donald Trump. The hoax, launched by Hillary Clinton’s failed presidential campaign, also failed, and the intelligence agencies knew it was false. It would have died, but then President Barack Hussein Obama stepped in.

Earlier this month, cia Director John Ratcliffe sent a criminal referral for former cia Director John Brennan to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. So Attorney General Pam Bondi’s “strike force” at the Department of Justice is now looking at Obama, Brennan and former fbi Director James Comey.

The sitting fbi director, the sitting cia director and the sitting president of the United States were possibly guilty of crimes including treason! Nobody was realistically claiming that in the 2010s.

Or were they?

Right now, a lot more people are thinking Obama and his cabal actively and intentionally betrayed America, not just because they dislike his politics, but because they see evidence that that’s exactly what he did.

But remember when that seemed “crazy”?

According to Gabbard’s press release, U.S. intelligence agencies monitoring Russia in 2016 assessed that it lacked the capacity and even the intent to hack the U.S. presidential elections. It reported that it had found no evidence that Russian President Vladimir Putin preferred Donald Trump to Hillary Clinton. On Dec. 8, 2016, President Obama dismissed the findings of this report. The next day, he summoned his top spy chiefs and ordered a new report that would draw different conclusions.

This conclusion brought back to life the dossier that former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele had sold to the Clinton campaign. Career intelligence officials expressed outright shock at the poor quality and provenance of Steele’s information, according to the Federalist. They compared the dossier to the outlandish National Enquirer supermarket tabloid and strongly advised that it be excluded from the official intelligence assessment of Russian activities that Obama ordered. But Comey insisted that the Clinton-Steele dossier be included, and it was.

With Steele’s “bar talk” dossier forcibly inserted into an official U.S. intelligence report by Obama and Comey, John Brennan’s cia could more plausibly—slightly more plausibly—boost the claim that Russia had helped install President-elect Donald Trump.

My father, Trumpet editor in chief Gerald Flurry, wrote in 2008 that the newly elected Obama was not necessarily worse than previous holders of that office, but that he and his party were deeply misguided. But by 2010, he recognized that Obama was indeed different from previous Democrat Party politicians: He was, in fact, a King Antiochus Epiphanes-type leader, using his high office to intentionally destroy his own nation and his own people! He was a treasonous president who was keeping his election-eve goal of “fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”

My father consistently emphasized in message after message, year after year, that Obama was intentionally destroying America, especially what was left of its Bible heritage and principles.

As he wrote in his 2020 article “Treason in America and Britain” and as Obama and many others knew, Steele collected no factual information himself, but rather relied on rumors from Ukrainian attorney Igor Danchenko, who had relied on hearsay from drinking buddies in Russia. In fact, the Department of Justice has since ascertained that Danchenko’s primary source was Charles Dolan, a longtime adviser to the Clinton family!

The whole dossier was a giant, amplified echo chamber of lies!

Comey, Brennan and Obama knew perhaps more thoroughly than anyone else on Earth that the Steele dossier was a shoddy collection of lies instigated by the Clinton campaign. They probably wished it had been more believable in the first place, but by force of will they crammed it through the intelligence agencies.

Why?

To attack the duly elected president of the United States!

Until recently, many investigators, such as Kash Patel, said fbi Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was responsible for injecting the Clinton-Steele dossier into official reports. Yet Gabbard’s new report shows that the conspiracy goes higher than that. It was Obama himself who nixed the legitimate intelligence report finding no Trump-Russia collusion. It was Obama himself who tasked Brennan, Comey and others to make a new intelligence assessment he could use to destroy Trump’s presidency.

Channeling his inner Lavrentiy Beria, the most ruthless secret police chief in Joseph Stalin’s reign of terror, Obama’s approach was, “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime.” So while the media is hypocritically pearl-clutching about the White House using the word “treason” in this context, I cannot think of any other word I’d use to characterize faking intelligence to undermine the duly elected incoming president.

According to another exposé in the Federalist, Brennan pushed four specific claims into the new intelligence assessment Obama ordered so he could target Trump. He added a fragment about Putin counting on Trump’s victory. He added an anonymous tip about claiming Russia wanted to work with the Trump administration. He added an unsubstantiated claim that Putin’s inner circle preferred Trump. And he referenced the infamous Clinton-Steele dossier. This isn’t run-of-the-mill political fudging. It’s a calculated abuse of power designed to undermine the president the people chose to replace Obama.

It is miracle that we even know about all of this corruption. If Obama had been successful in getting Trump removed from office, the documents that Gabbard is now publishing would never have seen the light of day.

2 Kings 14:26-27 say that “the affliction of Israel” was so “bitter” that there was a real threat that the “name of Israel” would be completely blotted out “from under heaven.” This is why God had to raise up an end-time type of King Jeroboam ii (Donald Trump) to save the nation from utter destruction. Had He not done so, America would currently be a cia/nsa/fbi police state!

Obama continued to control the federal government by installing Joe Biden as president. Only time will tell if Obama will face justice for what he has done. President Trump noted that the presidential immunity ruling the Supreme Court issued last year in Trump v. United States “probably helps [Obama] a lot,” but “it doesn’t help the people around him at all.” The Department of Justice may find it easier to secure convictions of Comey and Brennan.

Yet what is already clear is that my father’s warnings about Obama—from 15 years ago—were right! He based these warnings on Bible prophecy, especially on Amos 7.

Whatever happens, the prophecy in Amos 7 gives no indication that Obama will continue to afflict Israel now that Trump is back in office. He may go to jail or he may fade into irrelevance. But he will lose his power over the “deep state.”

“The disaster spoken of in Amos 7:1-2 is the first presidential term of Barack Obama,” my father writes in America Under Attack. “Verse 4 describes his second presidential term. And now you can add to that his third term in which he is the puppet master of the Biden regime. This terribly upsets God!” Yet now that Donald Trump is back in office, all future problems come from false religious leaders, instead of from Obama’s deep state (verse 10-17). So watch for Obama to be held to account for his actions. God is thoroughly exposing the radical left before He moves on to correcting the Christian right. His goal in all of this is to purify America from the sin and corruption that has taken such deep root in the nation!
