How would you respond if you were given a magnificent jet—a Boeing 747 worth $400 million? What if it was given to you by terrorists?

United States President Donald Trump has accepted a luxury aircraft to serve as Air Force One—from the leaders of Qatar. The plane is so lavish some nickname it a “flying palace.” The president thinks it’s a wonderful gift and sees nothing wrong with accepting it.

Do you think the Qatari leaders offered President Trump that jet because they love him? They are flattering him.

Avoid Murderers and Liars

The Qataris are connected to many high-placed officials in Trump’s administration (“In Qatar’s Pocket”). They are also longtime, well-known sponsors of terrorism. They funded al Qaeda for years. They support the Muslim Brotherhood. They bankroll Hamas, the butchers of Israel on Oct. 7, 2023. They are in league with murderers and rapists! And they send billions of dollars to American universities to turn students into disciples of Hamas.

The Qataris are not offering Trump a plane because they love him. They hate him and everything he stands for. These Muslims want everybody to serve their god their way—and they use force to achieve that! They want to take over America and kill nonbelievers!

Why is President Trump cozying up to them? It seems he is now negotiating with anyone. In many ways, he is caving in.

God’s law has this wisdom for those in leadership: “Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous” (Deuteronomy 16:19). Wouldn’t you say the president’s eyes are being blinded by this gift?

The U.S. Constitution prohibits federal officeholders from accepting “any present, emolument, office or title” from foreign governments without congressional consent. The Constitution’s authors knew the Bible. Many of our nation’s laws prevent the president, congressmen, judges and other federal employees from accepting gifts. But because Qatar is giving this jet to the government, it circumvents this restriction. When this godly wisdom is ignored, judgment becomes perverted, and it creates serious problems!

Herbert W. Armstrong was an unofficial “ambassador for world peace.” He did a great work in the Middle East and met with many Israeli prime ministers and other Jewish leaders. He also had close relationships with certain Muslim leaders like President Anwar Sadat of Egypt and King Hussein of Jordan, and he worked to facilitate some kind of peace between those sides. In September 1982, Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat invited Mr. Armstrong to a meeting. Mr. Armstrong wrote in a letter to his supporters, “I refused to see him or to allow one of my aides to see him in my stead.” He called Arafat a “terrorist leader” and would have nothing to do with him! He said he would never, ever sit down and talk with a terrorist. He told the world that, and strongly!

That is the only sound policy when dealing with terrorists!

God warns, “Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men. Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away” (Proverbs 4:14-15). King David wrote, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. … He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight” (Psalm 1:1; Psalm 101:7).

These terrorists are also liars who will flatter and say whatever is expedient to accomplish their aims. Proverbs 17:4 warns, “A wicked doer giveth heed to false lips ….” We must not have anything to do with such people!

Jesus Christ warned of people following the devil, who “was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it” (John 8:44). When people follow Satan, he draws them into murder and deceit. Is it wise to try to negotiate with the devil?

Shunning Israel

It gets worse: On his trip to the Middle East in May, President Trump visited Qatar, as well as Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. But he purposely skipped visiting Israel and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Netanyahu knows what the Qataris are all about. He is trying to get President Trump to see that, but it has not worked. Trump (and his Middle East envoy, Steve Witkoff) continues to cozy up to these evil people, and at the same time ignore Netanyahu and the Jewish state, America’s only real partner in the Middle East! What is wrong with him? The Israelis are the victims of terrorists—yet they, not the terrorists, are pushed aside! That is madness!

This is evil. And once you open yourself up to evil, it leads to worse and worse things. Bible prophecy shows specifically what is coming.

Psalm 83 prophesies of an alliance of Middle Eastern nations that will work with Europe to attack, destroy and kill. And their victims will be the peoples of Israel: They will be trying to blot out the name of Israel!

Some of the very nations President Trump and his envoys have visited are nations this prophecy warns will wreak such destruction.

Cooperating with terrorists and comingling with evil will also have another consequence: bringing a very evil leader into contact with President Trump.

An Evil Spiritual Adviser

Satan is very real. He wants President Trump to cooperate with terrorists. And he wants him to listen to someone he is directly guiding into other types of evil.

Amos 7:7-9 prophesy about an end-time type of King Jeroboam ii of ancient Israel. President Trump fulfills this modern role. Prophecy says God will send the sword against his house!

Verse 10 shows that this modern “king” has a spiritual adviser. I have written before about how this “Amaziah” is an evil, destructive man who fights against God’s prophet and God’s message (see my article “Is America’s Supreme Court in Bible Prophecy?”). Yet this priest serves Jeroboam. How disturbing that America’s leader will be advised by such a man!

God saved America from Obama’s sabotage and destruction “by the hand of Jeroboam” (2 Kings 14:26-27). God has saved America from very evil forces, temporarily, through Donald Trump. When an assassin fired at him, God saved Donald Trump, literally! Yet these prophecies say the president will be advised by a destroyer, an evil man possessed by Satan the devil.

How could this happen? How will such a man get into leading President Trump spiritually? Where does Amaziah come from? In Amos 7, he just suddenly appears; it doesn’t say how he gets there.

I will tell you how he gets there: He gets there because these people are cooperating with and caving in to terrorists! That kind of activity gives Satan an open door.

Trump’s acceptance of that jet is moving in this direction. The Qataris are giving an airplane to a man they know is vulnerable and is caving in. When you do things like this, Satan will not let you get away with it! There is no direct connection between the Qataris and this modern-day Amaziah, but the devil is behind them both. Trump has opened the door, and he is inviting satanic influence—that is what this is about.

In the end, a Satan-possessed man will get right in there with Jeroboam. Satan will insinuate himself right into the midst of that administration.

That is tragic and sad. But President Trump is asking for it. The decisions he is making are building toward this relationship with evil Amaziah!

Someone must warn the president about the horrifying consequences of such decisions. Someone needs to tell him the truth!
