France accuses Hungarian government of betrayal

Barrot also added that “unity must have priority, otherwise we will become vassals,” highlighting core EU member nations’ dislike and distrust for Hungary, an EU member state controlled by an EU-skeptical authoritarian, Viktor Orbán.
