BBC’s director general resigns
The bbc’s director general has resigned. Tim Davie’s exit comes after the Telegraph published details from an internal memo exposing bbc bias. Deborah Turness, chief executive of bbc News, also quit. U.S. President Donald Trump celebrated the resignations, posting on Truth Social, that they “are all because they were caught ‘doctoring’ my very good (perfect!) speech of January 6th. Thank you to the Telegraph for exposing these corrupt ‘journalists.’ These are very dishonest people who tried to step on the scales of a presidential election. On top of everything else, they are from a foreign country, one that many consider our number one ally. What a terrible thing for democracy!” In the days before the 2021 inauguration of Joe Biden, the bbc deceptively edited President Trump’s January 6 speech to make it sound like he was calling on demonstrators to go to the Capitol and fight, instead of to protest peacefully. The memo also demonstrated the bbc’s anti-Israel bias and agenda for supporting radical sexual deviancy. Despite the revelations and resignations, many at the bbc remain unrepentant. Even after stepping down, Turness insisted, “bbc News is not institutionally biased. That’s why it’s the world’s most trusted news provider.” Media bias has been a deadly tool for bringing down Britain and America. The bbc has been a highly trusted source. This has made its lies and biases so damaging.
