Germany Proposes a Cybersecurity Partnership With Israel
Germany plans to establish a cyber research center with Israel and deepen cybersecurity and intelligence collaboration between the two nations, German Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt said Sunday.
Collaboration: Germany’s proposal would enable both nations to advance their technological capabilities for future conflict. Israeli cyberunits have proven highly skilled and effective during Israel’s recent war with Iran.
Cooperation with Germany would give Israel the funding and technical cooperation needed to further improve its cyberdefenses. And Germany would benefit from Israel’s expertise and experience in active warfare.
“Military defense alone is not sufficient for this turning point in security,” said Dobrindt.
Looking for allies: Israel faces heavy and persistent criticism from nations around the world, so it is looking for support. Although Germany is signaling a willingness to cooperate with Israel, accepting this proposal will open up Israel to a relationship that the Bible warns will ultimately prove fatal.
The Prophet Ezekiel warned that in the end time the nations of Israel, primarily the United States, Britain and the Jewish state in the Middle East, would be cruelly betrayed by their “lover”—Germany.
