Iran Continues to Work on Nuclear Systems

Iran continues to develop nuclear-capable missiles despite an interim agreement on its nuclear program, reported the Washington Free Beacon late yesterday.

According to the Beacon, a declassified Armed Services Committee report discussing Iran’s weapons program was meant to reach Congress in January, but was not received until this month.

The document appears to have been delayed to avoid upsetting nuclear talks with Iran. Iran’s delivery systems development presents another worry as the June 30 nuclear agreement deadline approaches.
