Russia preparing major mobilization for war on Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin is planning “an additional rapid mobilization of several hundred thousand Russians by the end of the year,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said yesterday, citing a report by his nation’s Main Directorate of Intelligence.
