Replacement stations added for TD

The Trumpet Daily will be switching to a couple new markets in October. After a disappointing stretch in Burlington, Vermont, we recently canceled that station and have since been looking for a suitable replacement. Today we contracted with WUCW, which is the CW affiliate in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota. The program will begin October 3 and will air Monday through Friday at 5:00 a.m. We are particularly excited about this new station because there are nearly 1.5 million more households able to watch the program now.

The Trumpet Daily is also coming to Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Tulsa station adds over 530,000 television households to TD’s coverage. The program will air on the ION affiliate at 6:00 a.m. Monday through Friday on KTPX. The Key of David program airs Friday morning at 5:00 a.m. on this same station—so each Friday morning in Tulsa, the program will air at 5:00 a.m. on KTPX, then 5:30 a.m. on GSN, and then again 6:00 a.m. on KTPX! With three different times, we are sure to get a nice response out of a market very close to our headquarters. To create room in the budget for this opportunity, we have decided to cancel our contract with KLSR in Eugene, Oregon.

So we basically canceled two stations in order to pick up two new ones. But the new markets are considerably larger than the ones we let go—and we get them for about the same price.

Both WUCW and KTPX begin airing our program on October 3.
