U.S. leaves 66 international organizations

On Wednesday, President Donald Trump signed an executive order suspending U.S. support for 66 organizations, including the United Nations’ population agency and the UN treaty that establishes international climate negotiations. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said, “The Trump administration has found these institutions to be redundant in their scope, mismanaged, unnecessary, wasteful, poorly run, captured by the interests of actors advancing their own agendas contrary to our own, or a threat to our nation’s sovereignty, freedoms and general prosperity.” This marks a resurgence in American sovereignty, but unless Americans repent toward God, this show of strength will likely contribute to America’s isolation and downfall.
