Will Israel annex the West Bank?

Will Israel annex the entire West Bank? Israeli legislators are debating that question right now. Yesterday, a preliminary annexation bill passed an initial vote, 25–24. The Knesset has 120 members; Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party mostly boycotted the vote. The bill faces further votes, extensive deliberation and strong opposition from Netanyahu’s government before it has a chance of becoming law.
