U.S. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy Wants to Put America First

After a chaotic floor fight, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy was elected speaker of the House of Representatives on the 15th round of votes early Saturday morning. The first legislation he plans to tackle is repealing funding for 87,000 new agents for the Internal Revenue Service, but he also promised to tackle the immigration crisis at the Mexican border and to cut back woke indoctrination in our schools. Many Democrats are fuming that McCarthy got the speaker’s gavel instead of a more moderate Republican, as McCarthy is known to be a Donald Trump supporter.

But the Bible prophesies that God will temporarily restore the rule of law in America through an end-time Jeroboam. Trumpet editor in chief Gerald Flurry has taught that Donald Trump is this Jeroboam figure, but that he will have to fight to regain office. McCarthy’s election may be a sign that at least some few Republicans are ready to start fighting.
