FISA Judge Rebukes FBI—Too Little, Too Late

00:30 Devin Nunes Vindicated (13 minutes)

Congressman Devin Nunes was warning about the Federal Bureau of Investiagation’s abuse of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court since the beginning of 2017. At the time, he was vilified and dismissed by the mainstream media. When Nunes pushed to have his memo released in early 2018, the Democrat-media complex worked overtime to keep the facts from coming to light. Once it was released, the complex did all it could to belittle the memo and attack its author. Today, Nunes has been vindicated, thanks to the inspector general’s report released last week.

13:30 The ‘Rigorous’ FISA Process (25 minutes)

Last year, former FBI Director James Comey said the FISA process was extremely rigorous and to suggest any abuse could have happened in the Trump-Russia collusion investigation was nonsense. We now know that the FISA process was abused and manipulated repeatedly by the Obama-era Department of Justice and FBI officials.

38:20 Robert Bork Was Right (17 minutes)

In 1978, Judge Robert Bork wrote a short piece in the Wall Street Journal about the fundamental flaw of the FISA process. Judge Bork’s foresight is astounding when you consider what we now know about the FBI’s abuse of the FISA court today. Bork wrote that the FISA statute “has the effect of immunizing everyone, and sooner or later that fact will be taken advantage of.”
