1989

  • December—The PCG begins with 12 members and $80.

    • 1990

  • January 16—First copies of Malachi’s Message hit mailboxes.
  • February—Inaugural issue of the Philadelphia Trumpet is published.

    • 1991

  • June—First radio program debuts on one station in St. Louis, Missouri.
  • August—First issue of Philadelphia News printed.

    • 1992

  • PCG hosts first youth summer camp.

    • 1993

  • January—Key of David television program begins airing on eight stations.

    • 1994

  • October—Key of David adds its second superstation, WWOR, to WGN.

    • 1995

  • July—Trumpet subscriptions reach 50,000.

    • 1996

  • February—PCG establishes Philadelphia Foundation humanitarian and cultural outreach organization, later renamed Armstrong International Cultural Foundation.

    • 1997

  • January—PCG publishes Herbert W. Armstrong’s book Mystery of the Ages.
  • February—Worldwide Church of God files a suit in district court against PCG for printing Mystery of the Ages.

    • 1998

  • January—Royal Vision Christian living magazine begins.
  • April—Key of David begins broadcasting a toll-free 800-number nationwide.
  • October—PCG’s official website goes online.

    • 1999

  • January—Gerald Flurry makes his first Personal Appearance Campaign in Dallas, Texas.
  • December 6—Gerald Flurry leads the way into the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals holding Mystery of the Ages.
  • February—Trumpet subscriptions surpass 100,000.
  • April—True Education youth magazine begins.

    • 2000

  • June 29—PCG purchases a 40-acre tract in north Edmond for its college and headquarters campus.

    • 2001

  • September 15—PCG opens Imperial College, later renamed Herbert W. Armstrong College.

    • 2003

  • January 16—After losing an appeal and being denied by the Supreme Court, PCG wins all 19 copyrights from WCG in an out-of-court settlement.

  • November—PCG temporarily takes Key of David off the air to focus on winning copyright battle over Mystery of the Ages.

    • 2004

  • May—New Key of David set debuts, along with new Mail Processing Center.

    • 2005

  • July—The Trumpet launches redesigned, updated website, theTrumpet.com.
  • October—Key of David broadcasts on 200 stations.

    • 2006

  • May—First graduation for Herbert W. Armstrong College.
  • August—Herbert W. Armstrong College students fly to Jerusalem to volunteer for a City of David archaeology excavation.
  • December—Construction completed on Hall of Administration.

    • 2008

  • January—Groundbreaking for Armstrong Auditorium
  • August—Imperial Academy grade school and high school begins.

    • 2009

  • August—Imperial Academy goes online.
