Barack Obama’s Third Term—and Fourth

The man who rules the United States of America right now is Barack Obama. Some people are waking up to that fact and saying it out loud—finally. The Trumpet has been warning about this man and his motivations for more than a decade. But even now, he is underestimated and more dangerous than people realize.

“I personally think Obama runs the administration, not Joe Biden.” Obama is “running things from behind the scenes.” Joe Biden is Obama’s “presidential avatar.” Obama “doesn’t even have to pick up the phone because all of his people are already inside the White House.” “Joe Biden is not running that part of his administration. Obama is.” Obama is “running the White House and Biden is the puppet.” Department of Justice officials aren’t “protecting Biden, they’re protecting Obama.” Americans are “living through Barack Obama’s third term.”

These are recent statements by Newt Gingrich, Maria Bartiromo, Lee Smith, David Garrow, David Samuels, Carole Lieberman, Ben Domenech and from The Dan Bongino Show.

Biden is the congressionally certified president of the United States. His portrait is in the history books. He is the guest of honor at the events he attends, despite joking that he plays second-fiddle to his wife, to Kamala Harris or to someone else. He is technically running for reelection, despite the fact that his campaign is essentially nonexistent.

It is impossible to miss this man’s mental decline. He has spent 40 percent of his presidency on vacation. He often appears tired or confused. Yet things are getting done at the White House. Unpopular, self-destructive, immoral policies are getting ramrodded past constitutional separations of powers and checks and balances, not to mention tens of millions of concerned citizens who are finding themselves increasingly indebted and oppressed by someone with real power.

The man wielding this power is not the man in the White House whose mental, physical, political and criminal vulnerabilities are now on full display. It’s the man who is taking advantage of these vulnerabilities from behind the scenes.

“I used to say, if I could make an arrangement where I had a stand-in, a front man or a front woman, and they had an earpiece in, and I was just in my basement in my sweats looking through the stuff, and I could sort of deliver the lines but somebody else was doing all the talking and ceremony, I would be fine with that because I found the work fascinating.” That is what Obama told comedian Stephen Colbert in November 2020. People laughed it off at the time, but the Trumpet warned that this is exactly what he would do! Now some conservatives are pointing to this same quote and saying it has gone from fiction to fact.

Barack Obama, even after becoming presidentially unemployed, immediately went on to use government agencies to spy on and frame his successor, the sitting president of the United States! He remained in Washington, D.C., sabotaged the Trump presidency, appears to have helped initiate a global health crisis, almost certainly helped push through the resulting election changes, falsified the 2020 election, and sabotaged attempts to investigate and bring to light what happened during that election—including the Jan. 6, 2021, protest and the Americans who are still in jail as political prisoners because of it.

Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, former national security advisor to Donald Trump, recently told me on the Trumpet Daily: “5 January of 2017, [is] the official start date of the coup led by Barack Obama against the United States of America to undermine a duly-elected sitting president of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump. And here we are, August 2023, and we are still in the throes of that coup.”

America is still controlled by the instigator of that coup. And now, despite the fact that journalists have been unwilling to cover Barack Obama’s doings since he left the presidency, people are waking up to what the Trumpet has said all along.

Battle Preparations

As Samuels noted in his August 2 Tablet article, “The Obama Factor,” journalists have had a “remarkable lack of curiosity” about Barack Obama. This has helped him in his intention to stay out of the headlines, particularly over the last two years since the coronavirus panic, irregular presidential election and the installation of Joe Biden as president. But in more recent months, there have been signs that he is preparing to reassert himself.

After returning to the White House and conspicuously upstaging Biden in April 2022, Obama stepped directly into the spotlight ahead of the November midterm elections to keep Republicans from gaining seats in Congress, campaigning for Democrats in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, the same six states marred by egregious vote theft during the 2020 U.S. presidential election. (In the 2022 midterm election, Arizona again experienced voting irregularities in majority Republican districts.)

Some commentators said Obama saved the Democrats by appealing to moderate, undecided voters and avoiding the extremism of many other Democrats. But this is not who Obama really is. He is far more extreme and far more destructive!

After achieving success in the midterms, Obama reportedly began hosting “a handful of informal but lengthy private meetings with groups of next-generation House Democrats this spring,” Politico reported (June 22). Journalists continue to provide few substantive details, but it is certain that the man living in the $8 million Kalorama mansion has more power over the party and the government than the man who lives a couple miles away in the White House.

Obama’s goal is to retain the presidency next year—through Biden or some other means—and to gain as many congressional seats as possible. The Washington Post reported that Obama met with Biden at the White House on June 27 for a private discussion about the 2024 election in which he emphasized “his worry that Trump could be a more formidable candidate than many Democrats realize” (August 2).

Obama has fought President Trump before and is fighting him again with lawfare and other attacks. If he has to, he will steal the 2024 election, like he stole 2020’s. As Lee Smith wrote on August 7, this June 27 meeting was “Obama’s way of signaling that he means to finish what he started a day before Congress counted the electoral college vote confirming Trump’s 2016 victory.”

Whether through Biden, Kamala Harris, Michelle Obama or some other means, Barack Obama is working on his fourth term as the real power behind his party.

Treasonous Coup

To fathom what Obama is currently orchestrating, you must understand what he has done in the recent past.

On Jan. 5, 2017, just two weeks before Donald Trump’s inauguration, President Obama met in the Oval Office with his top intelligence officials: Federal Bureau of Investigation Director James Comey, Central Intelligence Agency Director John Brennan, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, Vice President Joe Biden, National Security Agency Director Michael Rogers, National Security Advisor Susan Rice and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates. What did they discuss? As my father writes in America Under Attack, “These highest officials, led by Obama, were strategizing about how to continue an illegal investigation on the next sitting president, who would be their own boss! This is treason!”

The next day, the cia released an intelligence assessment claiming that Russian President Vladimir Putin helped Trump win the election. This launched the Robert Mueller investigation and all subsequent legal action against Donald Trump and was the means of blocking him from fulfilling his mandate from more than 60 million Americans.

That was only the start of Obama’s treasonous activity. That meeting set off a tangle of political and legal conflicts that dogged Trump throughout his presidency. And then, Obama committed further treasonous acts to ensure that Trump wouldn’t get a second term, forcing Trump out of office.

Using a network of political operatives and the excuse of the coronavirus scare, Obama and his people dramatically increased absentee ballots and dramatically decreased ballot verification, enabling him to steal the election from Donald Trump in six battleground states. People saw what was happening: a truckload of ballots crossing state lines in the night, voting machines open to manipulation both locally and through the Internet, people turning away poll watchers and secretly continuing to count, blaming water pipe leaks and other excuses to stall the counting process.

Dr. Peter Navarro, an adviser to President Trump, authored a three-part report detailing evidence of this theft and planned with former Trump adviser Steve Bannon to stop Joe Biden from fraudulently seizing office. Congress still had to certify the election as legitimate and legally binding, and about 100 members out of 535 were ready to present evidence of fraud and request investigations. With the evidence in full view of the American people and their representatives, Congress and particularly Vice President Mike Pence could decline to certify the problematic election. It was a lawful, constitutional and nonviolent strategy.

Former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund recently confirmed that the fbi kept Capitol Police officers in the dark about known agitators who infiltrated the protest of the certification of the election on Jan. 6, 2021, at the Capitol building in Washington, D.C. They also blocked National Guard support for hours. He is convinced that intelligence officials were aware of a plan to cause violence and intentionally hid information that police officers needed.

Senators and representatives began to debate the irregularities and evidence inside the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Then violence erupted outside. Protesters easily entered the building. All members of Congress were evacuated, and they began to lose their nerve. The session reconvened at 8 p.m., and 127 members objected to certifying Arizona’s presidential vote along with 145 regarding Pennsylvania’s. But they were outvoted, the objections collapsed, and at 3:44 a.m., Pence, who had cowardly declined to intervene to stop the certification, announced that Biden had won the presidency.

Then radical leftists rapidly impeached and indicted Trump for the violence. It was a naked attempt to convict him and block him from ever returning to the presidency. Yet he was exonerated. The violence was not Trump’s fault: It was Obama’s plan. Trump needed peaceful debate of the evidence and the facts. Obama needed a riot.

Controlling Media

President Trump tried to use his platform on Twitter to warn the American people what was really happening at the “Stop the Steal” rally that day. Yet Barack Obama was in control not only of the intelligence agencies and the key parts of the protest but also America’s top technology companies.

It was Michelle Obama who on Jan. 7, 2021, demanded that Twitter ban the president permanently. Twitter obeyed within 24 hours. It blocked the account, including all prior posts, of President Donald Trump, cutting him off from his 88 million followers. (Biden, who supposedly received 81 million votes, had only 20 million followers.)

Tech entrepreneur Elon Musk, who has never been a Trump supporter, called Twitter’s decision to ban a sitting president “insane.” He was so angry about this and other attacks on free speech that he spent $44 billion last October to purchase Twitter and open up its underlying computer code so users could prove for themselves how Twitter executives were determining what they see and how they were limiting the reach of conservative content.

By publicizing internal Twitter documents, Musk and a team of independent journalists proved that Twitter and other Silicon Valley companies were basically subsidiaries of the fbi and other federal agencies. But Musk stopped shy of revealing who started that arrangement. The facts, though, are that Twitter started in 2006 and became popular in 2007. Barack Obama took office in 2008, and by the end of his presidency in 2016, the social media platform had become a weapon. Here is how Lee Smith summarized it: “A whole-of-society industry designed to shape elections and censor, propagandize and spy on Americans was never simply a weapon to harm Donald Trump. It was designed to replace the republic” (Tablet, January 5).

Sometime between Obama taking office in 2009 and the start of the Arab Spring in 2011, Obama had gained control of U.S. intelligence agencies and was doing so with the tech corporations. He was able to use the cia and the fbi to falsely frame Trump for stealing the 2016 election, while he himself prepared to steal the 2020 election. Once he accomplished this, he used his control over Silicon Valley to kick Trump off Twitter, Facebook and other platforms.

Obama Alumni

It was Biden who moved into the White House, but the “Biden administration” quickly proved to be more Obamaish than the Obama administration.

After Biden’s inauguration on Jan. 20, 2021, former Obama officials began to fill key posts under him. Spectator USA editor Freddy Gray wrote that while Obama’s campaign chiefs used to gripe about the Clinton acolytes in the Obama administration, now “it’s the Biden campaign people grumbling as Team Obama swoops back in” (Nov. 28, 2020).

Many, including Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell, warned that Susan Rice (integral to Obama’s January 5 conspiracy) would be a sort of shadow president Obama used to manage Biden. This evaluation turned out to be even more correct than he feared. As director of the Domestic Policy Council from 2021 until 2023, Rice led a team of a dozen staffers from the West Wing of the White House. Politico reported that the “scope of her fiefdom” was remarkable. She controlled a “sprawling portfolio” stretching from policing and racial justice to student loan debt, immigration and health care. Rice exercised far more influence over U.S. domestic policy than Biden; thus, the fact she resigned from this post on May 26 may indicate Obama is already making preparations for a new puppet.

Yet Rice was not Biden’s only handler. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman, Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, Deputy National Security Advisor Jon Finer, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monico and others all served key roles in Obama’s team.

The same people who brought you the Arab Spring and the Iran nuclear deal returned to bring you the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal, and they are working on an unofficial new nuclear deal with Iran and renewed opposition to the State of Israel (article, page 9). Obama’s team has simply gotten bolder in its attack against America now that they can use Joe Biden as their fall guy when they need to dodge responsibility.

Radical Lawfare

Obama is also behind the lawfare designed to bar Trump from office. He may be involved in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s attempt to charge Trump with 34 felonies based on a bookkeeping irregularity normally treated as a misdemeanor. Yet Obama is certainly behind special prosecutor Jack Smith’s attempts to charge Trump with 40 felonies related to mishandling classified documents and four felonies related to the January 6 protests. And he is likely behind Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s attempts to charge Trump and 18 others with 13 felonies related to efforts to expose election theft in Georgia.

Smith in particular is a staunch Obama supporter whose wife, Katy Chevigny, has made large donations to both the Obama and Biden campaigns. She was a producer for Becoming, an intimate documentary about the life, hopes and personal aspirations of Michelle Obama. Smith is clearly a biased prosecutor more interested in helping Obama’s radical political ally, Merrick Garland, keep Trump off the ballot in the 2024 election than in carrying out justice.

The first Trump indictment was designed to highlight the fact that Trump had paid hush money to an adult film actress—and obscure what the nation was finding out about Hunter Biden’s involvement in East European human-trafficking rings. The second Trump indictment focused on Trump having taken some mementos home with him—just as the nation was learning about Joe Biden’s classified document trove at the Penn Biden Center. The third and fourth Trump indictments are designed to cover up the stolen election.

This makes Smith’s third and fourth indictments the most important. The third indictment charges Trump with knowingly spreading false information about the election in a malicious attempt to stir up a violent insurrection against the U.S. government. The fourth indictment charges Trump and 18 accomplices with urging Georgia state officials to send fake electors to Washington, D.C. The charges are false, but particularly significant due to the fact that the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution bars anyone guilty of insurrection against the U.S. government from holding public office. Obama’s goal is to stop the American people from voting for Trump by making it illegal for him to even run for office.

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley called this attempt to keep Trump off the ballot using the 14th Amendment the “single-most dangerous constitutional theory” he had heard in decades. If opposition candidates can be barred from office for questioning the legitimacy of an election, then America is no longer a constitutional republic. It is a despotic technocracy run by Obama allies in technology, media, finance and politics.

Victor Davis Hanson made this case shortly after Biden’s fbi raided Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home on Aug. 8, 2022. “I don’t think we’re a republic anymore,” he said. “I would say we’re in a transition to a radical democracy, and by that, I mean that what anybody wants to do on any given day, if they have power or the votes, they do it. … If you want to have a warrant for a particular fbi operation, you can find a judge and you do it.”

This is a shocking description of Obama’s America, yet it is accurate. The fbi has targeted Trump on many occasions. On Aug. 9, 2018, the fbi raided the office of Michael Cohen, Trump’s attorney. On May 4, 2021, the fbi raided the apartment of Rudy Giuliani, another Trump attorney. On Sept. 9, 2022, the fbi raided the homes of 35 senior Trump supporters, including former Trump strategist Steve Bannon. And on Sept. 14, 2022, the fbi seized the phone of Mike Lindell, a Trump supporter trying to expose election fraud.

A regime using armed agents to raid political opponents is a Third World-style dictatorship. Yet this is how the Obama administration works. You obey the shadow president or you suffer the consequences.

Bitter Affliction

We must see the spiritual dimension here. Ephesians 6:12 says, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” The Bible is full of such passages.

The fruits strongly suggest that young Barack Obama came under evil influences early in life and that a malevolent spirit is now empowering him to destabilize America. Satan is real, and my father shows in America Under Attack how Satan is empowering Obama to fundamentally transform America by casting down moral and legal truths to the ground (Daniel 8:12). This disaster is highlighted in Amos 7:1-2, which describe end-time Israel (America and Britain primarily) as “small” or “weak” due to this satanic attack. Yet God also promises to deliver America from this calamity.

“Our people were given birthright blessings because of the great Abraham, the father of the faithful, who obeyed and was willing to sacrifice even his own son for God!” my father writes. “Sadly, they have turned their backs on God and are following the devil. The disaster spoken of in Amos 7:1-2 is the first presidential term of Barack Obama. Verse 4 describes his second presidential term. And now you can add to that his third term in which he is the puppet master of the Biden regime. This terribly upsets God! Obama has too much power, and God is going to have to do something. He has already started to act.”

The Obama-Biden administration stole the 2020 election using fraudulent mail-in ballots, but the Bible prophesies Trump’s return to power. My father explains that Trump is a modern type of King Jeroboam ii, who saved Israel from Syria.

“For the Lord saw the affliction of Israel, that it was very bitter: for there was not any shut up, nor any left, nor any helper for Israel. And the Lord said not that he would blot out the name of Israel from under heaven: but he saved them by the hand of Jeroboam the son of Joash. Now the rest of the acts of Jeroboam, and all that he did, and his might, how he warred, and how he recovered Damascus, and Hamath, which belonged to Judah, for Israel, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?” (2 Kings 14:26-28).

Six years ago, God used Trump to save America from the radical Obama administration seeking to transform it into a socialist dictatorship. But Obama came roaring back. So Trump will have to fight and war to recover the office stolen from him in the 2020 election. The “Green Bay Sweep” that Trump’s team tried to implement on Jan. 6, 2021, was the opening salvo in this fight, but it was put down by Obama’s forces. Trump’s team will have to redouble its efforts to expose egregious election theft.
