Rupert Murdoch Bans Dominion Lawsuit Coverage

Fox News is the only conservative network in the corporate media, but it’s still part of the corporate media.

Fox News is reporting that many shocking scandals once denounced as conspiracy theories are actually true. This network covers scandals that other corporate news networks won’t touch. It reports on how the United States government funded bioweapons research in Communist China that likely resulted in the covid-19 pandemic. It reports on how the U.S. government used social media companies like Facebook and Twitter to mass-censor conservatives. But there is one major scandal that even Fox News refuses to cover.

Fox News is being sued by Dominion Voting Systems. Surrounding the 2020 election, Fox executives allowed interviews to air in which Sidney Powell and others claimed that Dominion helped steal the election. The revelations coming out of this lawsuit are intriguing—and newsworthy—but you won’t hear about them on Fox.

People have questioned the Fox network’s deafening silence regarding the issue, and one Fox News anchor responded on the air on February 27.

“I believe I should be covering it,” Howard Kurtz said. “[B]ut the company has decided that as part of the organization being sued, I can’t talk about it or write about it.”

For as much as Fox hosts, just like other hosts, claim to be unvarnished truth-tellers, the reality is clear: When the chairman (Rupert Murdoch in this case) tells them not to speak, they don’t speak. As Herbert W. Armstrong said, when you’re watching the news, it’s important to remember that you’re watching a business. And businesses are controlled.

One batch of court documents revealed that Eric Coomer, the director of product strategy and security for Dominion Voting Systems, told other employees that their machines were “just riddled with bugs” and made other disparaging comments about the accuracy of the machines, saying that their failings were due to a “critical bug leading to incorrect results.” Dominion sales manager Mark Beckstrand admitted that other parties “have gotten a hold of [Dominion’s] equipment illicitly in the past” and that a Michigan machine was “hacked.”

Dominion’s own employees were discussing behind closed doors the same sorts of things that Powell was saying on air, which helps Fox’s case. Many hoped this would motivate Fox News to cover the 2020 election fraud debate and report new—or even old—facts about it. But whatever his motivations are, Murdoch won’t budge, and so the stable of anchors on his payroll won’t budge.

Maybe talking about these documents before the lawsuit is finished might inspire Dominion’s lawyers to fight harder, but trying to appease Dominion’s lawyers only makes sense if you intend to lose the lawsuit. If Fox wants to win its lawsuit, it needs to use the court documents that have been uncovered to prove it did not defame Dominion. Dominion executives knew their electronic voting machines were faulty going into the 2020 presidential election and did nothing about it.

Rupert Murdoch said in a deposition excerpt recently made public that he feels Fox News hosts were guilty of endorsing the “false notion of a stolen election.” It seems that his mind is made up, and he does not want to discuss the election, just ways to settle this lawsuit as quickly as possible. Additionally, Murdoch has been doubling down on the false narrative that Republican losses in November’s midterms were the fault of Donald Trump and that the Republican Party needs a new leader.

Fox News may be the only “conservative” network in the corporate media, but it favors establishment Republicans over the “Make America Great Again” movement, and it favors business as usual over tackling the nation’s serious and dangerous problems. Fox News infamously called Arizona for Biden extremely early in the 2020 presidential election, and last year it banned any mention of Dinesh D’Souza’s election fraud documentary 2000 Mules. Now it is banning criticism of Dominion’s voting machines, even as Dominion sues it for criticizing its voting machines. It uses red, white and blue graphics, stars and stripes, and other patriotic and conservative themes in its visuals and messaging, but Fox News is not fighting to restore free and fair elections in America.

“The 2020 election was hacked, and it reduced America’s entire electoral system to shambles,” my father, Trumpet editor in chief Gerald Flurry, writes in his crucial book America Under Attack. “And it is all because of the radical left’s unrestrained assault on America’s ‘democratic institutions and traditions,’ including the Constitution and the rule of law. Thousands of people and institutions were directly or indirectly involved. Virtually all of America’s top media organizations and personalities were complicit, as well as the powerful tech companies and many of the nation’s top politicians.”

Most of the politicians organizing election steals are Democrats loyal to Barack Obama, but many conservatives are willing to turn a blind eye to such activity. No reasonable person can honestly conclude that the 2020 election was free and fair and resulted in 81 million legitimate votes for Joe Biden—7 million more than Donald Trump and almost 12 million more than Barack Obama in 2008. No observant person can honestly reason that fraud made no difference. The propaganda media know that the election was rigged, that a coup against the constitutional government of the United States was committed. But they are afraid to acknowledge it, so they are doing everything they can to block you from hearing about 2000 Mules, Sidney Powell, Mike Lindell or revelations from the Dominion lawsuit.

In “Why I Still Believe Donald Trump Is Coming Back,” my father explained that Donald Trump is a type of Israel’s King Jeroboam ii. He also explained a Bible prophecy in which God promises to save America from destruction in the time of Jeroboam, temporarily. “And the Lord said unto me, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A plumbline. Then said the Lord, Behold, I will set a plumbline in the midst of my people Israel: I will not again pass by them any more” (Amos 7:8).

“We have been watching this prophecy since June 1990, in the second issue of the Trumpet we ever produced,” he wrote. “It speaks of a time when God is preparing to measure the destruction of end-time Israel—the United States and Britain—and He says, ‘I will not again pass by them any more’ (verse 8). This is just before severe correction comes on these nations if they don’t repent. They are receiving their final warning. … So the entire context of God saying I will not again pass by them anymore is the time of ‘Jeroboam’—an end-time antitype of King Jeroboam ii of Israel.”

This prophecy is why the Trumpet continues to assert that President Trump will return to power. We do not know precisely how this will unfold, but there is a real chance that nation-shaking election fraud will be exposed this summer! Keep watching—if not Fox News then other outlets instead—for revelations about what really happened in 2020.
