German Intel: Iran Still Pursuing WMDs

Iran is still trying to develop a nuclear weapon, according to a report by Bavaria’s intelligence agency obtained by Fox News. The 335-page report states that Iran is “making efforts to expand its conventional arsenal of weapons with weapons of mass destruction,” Fox News recently reported.

The report is the latest in a series of European intelligence reports that have found Iran to be continuing its development of weapons of mass destruction.

“Despite all the signs indicating the numerous weaknesses of the [Iran nuclear] agreement and the duplicity of the Iranians, the German government has consistently tried to refrain from dealing with Tehran as a genocidal threat to Israel and the promotor of terror all over the world,” said Dr. Efraim Zuroff, director of Israel’s Office of Eastern European Affairs. “Time for Berlin to wake and face the bitter reality.”

When Berlin fully wakes up, it will fulfill Bible prophecy—in dramatic fashion!

Iranian Proxies in Syria Target Israel

Using proxy forces in Syria, Iran again launched rockets aimed at Israel on the evening of June 1. And Israel responded swiftly to these attacks, targeting Syria and causing the war-ravaged country to suffer even more.

While Iranian forces and its proxy fighters are suffering from Israeli strikes, Syria is bearing the brunt of the attacks. It is suffering for harboring Iranian militia. If Syria ever wants to rebuild from its eight-year civil war, it will have to kick Iran out. The Bible prophesies that one way or the other, this will happen.

Germany ‘Prepared to Participate Militarily’ in Syria

German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas confirmed on May 31 that Germany is looking to increase its military presence in Syria. Maas stated that Germany would support the United States’ plan to establish a security zone in northeastern Syria. Although increased deployment must first be passed by the Bundestag when the current mandate ends in October, it is the beginning of the fulfillment of a major biblical prophecy.

China Threatens Ban on Rare Earth Mineral Exports to U.S.

China’s National Development and Reform Commission, the department responsible for economic planning, indicated recently that it may restrict exports of rare earth minerals to the United States as part of the ongoing trade war between the two nations.

Rare earth minerals are a group of 17 metals that the U.S. Geological Survey deems critical to the economy, and China is the world’s leading supplier of rare earth metals, accounting for 90 percent of global supply. They are important materials for manufacturing smartphones, cameras, ear buds, wind turbines, jet engines, lasers, missiles and missile defense, night vision devices, satellites, and the processing of crude oil into gasoline and jet fuel.

The current trade war is prophesied to end with Asian and European nations drawing together to shut America out of global trade. The Bible foretells of an alliance between Asian economic powers, as well as European nations, which will cooperate for a short time to create an unmatched economic superpower.

How Has China Changed Since the Tiananmen Square Massacre?

On June 4, 30 years ago, the Chinese Communist Party mercilessly slaughtered at least 10,000 of its own citizens.

On this 30th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square massacre, the world should remember that the same Chinese Communist Party that authored that savagery is still in power. It has never apologized nor expressed remorse for the brutality it authored that night. In fact, Chinese Defense Minister Gen. Wei Fenghe said over the last weekend that the crackdown was justified. “That incident was a political turbulence,” he said, “and the central government took measures to stop the turbulence, which is a correct policy.”

The world should be sobered to see Xi Jinping’s China armed to the hilt and increasingly determined not just to dominate the Chinese people but also to project power beyond China’s borders. The Trumpet watches Xi’s tightening grip on power because Bible prophecy reveals that as America’s influence in global affairs declines, two main powers will emerge in its place: One will be a European entity functioning in the tradition of the Holy Roman Empire, and the other will be an Asian bloc called in Revelation 16:12 “the kings of the east.” China will be an integral part of that Asian bloc.
