Abortion by mail

A new online company is providing American women with do-it-yourself abortions kits. For a fee, Aid Access will mail medical abortion pills to women’s doorsteps. Dutch doctor and abortion activist Rebecca Gomperts initiated this service in April 2018 to facilitate what she sees as a growing demand among American women.

According to an Atlantic article published on Oct. 18, 2018, Gomperts requires that applicants be less than 10 weeks pregnant, live within an hour’s drive from a hospital, and be in general good health. Pay $95, and the lethal concoction will arrive in the mail to be administered in the woman’s own home. The drugs are processed in an Indian pharmacy and contain chemicals to rip the implanted embryo from the uterine lining.

A law in the book of Exodus illustrates the value God places on the life of an unborn infant. “If men fight, and hurt a woman with child, so that she gives birth prematurely, yet no harm follows, he shall surely be punished accordingly as the woman’s husband imposes on him; and he shall pay as the judges determine. But if any harm follows, then you shall give life for life” (Exodus 21:22-23; New King James Version).

God considers the life of an unborn child equal to that of an adult. In His ancient law, if a person’s actions caused an unborn child to die, God judged them the same as a person who had killed an adult. God considers abortion murder.

APA: Traditional manhood ‘harmful’

The American Psychological Association recently published a report stating that “traditional masculinity” is “harmful” to men and boys.

A January 2 press release states, “The main thrust of the subsequent research is that traditional masculinity—marked by stoicism, competitiveness, dominance and aggression—is, on the whole, harmful.”

“Guidelines for Psychological Practice With Boys and Men” is predicated on the idea that biological sex at birth does not automatically determine gender, and that there are more than two genders.

The report ignores the biological reality that men are more competitive, dominant and aggressive than women largely because their testosterone levels are around 20 times higher.

Biblical masculinity is a set of teachings that trains men to channel this dominance and aggression toward constructive ends like building societies, protecting people and leading families.

Society is waging a war against masculinity. If you want practical direction on how to fight back—and how to fulfill seven God-given roles for men—you can download a free copy of our electronic book Biblical Manhood.

Witches outnumber Presbyterians in America

In the United States, self-identified practitioners of witchcraft now outnumber Presbyterian Christians. According to data from the Pew Research Center, more than 1.5 million people in the U.S. practice some form of New Age spirituality, which includes neo-Paganism, Wicca, Native American religions and Eastern mysticism. Meanwhile there are only around 1.4 million members of the Presbyterian Church U.S.A.

“The explosion in the number of U.S. practitioners of witchcraft is due largely to mainstream acceptance of those practices and their aesthetics,” the Daily Caller reported on Dec. 17, 2018. “So popular is New Age spirituality in the U.S. that chains like Urban Outfitters and the cosmetics store Sephora have tried to profit from the trend, marketing Witch Starter Kits, smudge sticks, healing crystals and tarot cards. The tools of witchcraft have even found their way onto the shelves of more mainstream stores like Walmart.”

A prophecy in Micah says God will remove witchcraft from end-time Israel (the U.S. and Britain primarily). “And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord, that I will cut off thy horses out of the midst of thee, and I will destroy thy chariots: And I will cut off the cities of thy land, and throw down all thy strong holds: And I will cut off witchcrafts out of thine hand; and thou shalt have no more soothsayers” (Micah 5:10-12).
